As a registered dietitian and celiac, I am so excited to help people embrace a gluten free lifestyle.

Gluten Free Chain Restaurants

Here is my comprehensive list in alphabetical order of gluten free chain restaurants and links to their gluten free menus! If you know of other chain restaurants with gluten free menu choices, please share!!! Remember that cross contamination is always possible when eating out, so be assertive but polite when ordering, and don’t be afraid to send something back if you think it could be contaminated. I love the GLuten Free RD!

Cap City Diner in Columbus, Ohio, is located right next door to Mitchell’s Fish Market, and was started by the same chef. They both do a LOVELY gluten free job and are very accommodating. I eat at one or the other practically every day when I attend conferences in Columbus. Cap City was once voted the best restaurant in Columbus. They have a separate GF menu and even have a dedicated fryer for French fries and their own gluten free bread. Oh the joy of eating a Rueben sandwich with a side order of fries!

Thank you so much for sharing this! It’s funny how finding a diner that serves gluten free sandwiches and fries can make us so happy- but it really does make eating out for us so much more joyful. Next time I’m in Columbus, Cap City Diner is the first place I’ll eat.
